Part I ā€“ PRELIMINARY

1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Science, Technology and Innovation (Research Licensing) Regulations.

2. Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires-"Act" means the Science, Technology and lnnovation Act (Cap.511);"Commission" means the National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation established under section 3 of the Act;"licence" means a licence issued under regulation 5 and includes a permit;"licensee" means the holder of a licence or permit;"research" means the systematic investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach nā€¦
