1. These Rules shall be known as the Forests (Fees and Charges) Rules.2. There shall be payable in respect of the forest produce specified in the first column of Part I of the First Schedule the fees respectively specified in the second and third columns.3. There shall be payable stumpage fees in respect of the tree species specified in Part II of the First Schedule in the manner respectively set out in that Part.4.
