1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Finance Management (National Government Affirmative Action Fund) Regulations.

2. Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—"affirmative action" has the meaning assigned to it under Article 260 of the Constitution;"affirmative action group” includes women, the youth, persons with disabilities, children and the elderly as may be organised into a savings and credit co-operative or some similar organisation;"accounting officer" has the meaning assigned to it under section 2 of the Public Finance Management Act (Cap. 412A);"Boa…
