1. Citation

These Guidelines may be cited as the Mining (Work Programmes and Exploration Reports) Guidelines.

2. Interpretation

In these Guidelines, unless the context otherwise requires—“Act” means the Mining Act (Cap. 306);“applicant” means a person who applies for a reconnaissance licence, prospecting permit, prospecting licence or retention licence; and“holder” means a person who has been granted a reconnaissance licence prospecting permit, prospecting licence or retention licence.

3. Purpose of Guidelines
