These Regulations may be cited as the Public Finance Management (National Drought Emergency Fund) Regulations, 2021.

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —"Act" means the Public Finance Management Act (Cap. 412A);"accounting officer" has the meaning assigned to it under section 2 of the Public Finance Management Act (Cap. 412A);"Board" means the Board of the National Drought Management Authority constituted under section 8 of the National Drought Management Authority Act (Cap. 388);"Cabinet Secretary" means the Cabinet Secretary responsible for matters relating to financ…
