An Act to establish the Court of Appeal as an intermediate court between the High Court and other subordinate courts and the Supreme Court and matters ancillary thereto.
Part I – General
1. Number of Justices of the Court of Appeal
The number of the Justices of the Court of Appeal, including the President of that Court, shall be fifty.[2005 No. 23.]
2. Salaries and allowances of President and Justices of the Court of Appeal
(1)There shall be paid to the President of the Court of Appeal and each Justice of the Court of Appeal such remuneration, salaries and allowances as may be prescribed by the National Assembly, but not exceeding the amount as shall have been determined by the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission.(2)There shall also be paid to each Justice on account of expenses incurred in connection…
