AN ACT TO PROVIDE A FRAMEWORK FOR THE REGULATION, DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF A NATIONAL HEALTH SYSTEM AND SET STANDARDS FOR RENDERING HEALTH SERVICES IN THE FEDERATION ; AND FOR RELATED MATTERS.ENACTED by the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria :
