AN ACT TO ALTER THE CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA, 1999 TO CHANGE THE NAME OF KUNCHI LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA; AND FOR RELATED MATTERS.

1. Alteration of the Constitution

The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (in this Act referred to as “the Principal Act”) is altered as set out in this Act.

2. Alteration of Part I of the First Schedule

The First Schedule to the Principal Act is altered in Part I, by substituting for the words, “Kunchi”, in paragraph 19, line 6, the word, “Ghari.”

3. Citation
