In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 27 of the Nigerian Export Processing Zones Act, CAP. N 107, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004 (“the Act”) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Nigeria Export Processing Zones Authority (“Authority”) with the approval of the Honourable Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment makes the following Regulations—

Part I – OBJECTIVES AND APPLICATION

1. Objectives
