J U D G M E N T.
Plaintiffs herein a Limited Liability Company registered in Ghana, and 2nd Plaintiff a Director/Shareholder of 1st Plaintiff Company instituted this instant action against the Defendants claiming the following reliefs:
a. Declaration that Plaintiffs and Defendants entered into agreement under which Defendants were to take charge of Plaintiffs’ factory premises at Kuntunase for 3 years at the monthly rent of GH¢1,000 with the entire premises under their total control.
b. Declaration that Defendants breached the terms of the agreement when they broke into the apartment where Plaintiffs had stored their plastic making machine and accessories and created a space to store their water sachets and thereby exposed the plastic producing machines and its parts to hazards of theft and break-in.
c. Declaration that after two years Plaintiffs came to find that most of the vital parts and accessories of the plastic producing machines had been stolen and carried away.
