JUDGMENT
This matter was commenced by way of complaint dated 30/03/2016 but filed on 31/03/2016. The reliefs claimed by the Claimants were stated thus:
A. A DECLARATION that the purported dismissal of the claimants by the agents of the 3rd Defendant sometime on in(sic) month of January 2016 is ultra vires, null and void and of no consequence howsoever.
B. A DECLARATION that by the Public Service Rules (Revised December) 2013, the Defendants have no power to dismiss the claimant from the service of Apa Local Government Area of Benue State.
C. A DECLARATION that the purported dismissal of the Claimants by the Defendants is contrary to Section 36(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 and hence null, void and of no effect howsoever.
D. AN ORDER directing the Defendants to restore the Claimants to their various former/status as contained in the letters and offer of employment in the employment of Apa Local Government Area of Benue State with immediate effec…
