MOHAMMED LADAN TSAMIYA J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Ruling): This is an application dated 27/08/2011 and filed on 29/08/2011 brought under Order 7 of the Court of Appeal Rules 2011 and the inherent jurisdiction of this court. The applicant prayed for 5 reliefs in the application namely:
