NWODO JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the Federal High Court, Lagos Judicial Division,delivered on 14 July 2008, dismissing the claim of the plaintiff. The plaintiff in the court below, now the appellant, commenced an action by originatingsummons filed on 31 March 2008 in the Federal High Court wherein he claimed the following reliefs: “1.
