MENSAH, J.
This case was transferred to this court by the hand of the Chief Justice when it was partly-heard before Abadah J.
Pursuant to an order of the court granted on 19/11/2001, the Plaintiff claims against the defendant as per his Amended Writ of Summons, the following reliefs:
1. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land lying and situate at Adamorobe and described in the schedule to the endorsement below (including Seduase lands).
2. An order declaring that the statutory declaration made by the defendant claiming ownership of Seduase is null and void.
3. An order that any sale, grant or alienation or purported sale, grant and alienation and or registration of Seduase lands by the defendant is null and void and same be set aside and expunged from the records of the Lands Commission or any other public office.
4. An order of perpetual injunction restraining the defendant, his servants, agents, assigns and other persons tracing interest from the defendant, from interfe…
