INTRODUCTION
On the 19th day of May, 2015, the Plaintiff commenced the instant action against the Defendants per a writ of summons accompanied by a statement of claim. On the 8th day of February, 2016, the Plaintiff amended the writ of summons and caused a further amendment to the writ of summons on the 25th day of January, 2018. Plaintiffs claim against the Defendants as follows:
1. An Order to set aside the Sentence of Dismissal of Plaintiff from the Ghana Police Service.
2. An Order of Re-instatement of the Plaintiff to his former position with no loss of promotion and advancement to this position.
3. Payment of all accrued salaries and Entitlements within the Ghana Police Service due to him from the date of dismissal of 21st of June 2012 to the date of final payment of all Entitlements.
4. Payment of interest on above sums to be calculated at the Ghana Commercial Bank Rate of 30% per annum from the 21st day of June 2012 to the date of final payment.
