JUDGMENT
On 4th March, 2009, the Plaintiff herein, Emmanuel Kubi Ekims commenced the current action against the Defendant for the following reliefs:
a. A declaration that the purported termination of Plaintiff’s employment by the Defendant is not only illegal but capricious and arbitrary and consequently null and void.
b. Damages for wrongful termination of employment.
c. Interest on all sums found due to the Plaintiff from the date of purported termination of the Plaintiff’s employment to the date of final payment.
d. An order that the Defendant pays Plaintiff, the difference in salary that Plaintiff is entitled to.
e. Any other relief as the court may deem fit.
f. Costs.
The Defendant entered appearance on 10th March 2009 and went on to file its statement of defence on 13th May, 2009 denying the claim of the Plaintiff.
