JUDGEMENT

OWUSU, J.

By an amended Writ of Summons filed on the 20th of August 2015, the Plaintiff herein  claims: 

General and Special damages for causing the Plaintiff life threatening injuries. 

PLAINTIFF’S CASE 

The Plaintiff sets out her case in her Statement of Claim filed on the 6th of July, 2015  and her Evidence in Chief contained in her Witness Statement which was filed on  23rd October, 2015. 

Her case is that on the 13th of October, 2014 she was on board the 2nd Defendant’s  commercial vehicle being driven by the 1st Defendant and travelling from Accra to  Aflao enroute to Lome.  

According to her on reaching a section of the road at Avoeme on the Denu-Aflao  road, the 1st Defendant who was driving carelessly and at top speed lost control of the vehicle and crushed into an articulator truck and she sustained life-threatening  injuries. The particulars of her injuries are provided in paragraph 7 of her Statement  of Claim.
