Judgement

JUDGMENT 

Per her petition, the wife Petitioner prays per the following reliefs: 

a. The said marriage between the parties be dissolved forthwith. 

b. Each party to be declared to bear his/her cost of this petition. 

c. The parties be granted joint custody of the children of the marriage, and that the  Petitioner’s residence be deemed the primary residence of the children during the  school week, and for the parties to share access to the children during school  vacations. 

d. The Respondent to be declared responsible for the cost of maintenance of the children  up till their age of majority, which maintenance should include but not be limited to  personal upkeep as may be determined by the High Court, educational and medical  expenses. 

e. The parties to maintain the existing arrangement by which the Petitioner delivers the  children to school in the morning and the Respondent’s driver recovers them from school upon closing and return them to the residence of the Petitioner.
