Judgement

 J U D G M E N T 

Mr. Jeremiah Brown-Coleman (hereinafter called the Petitioner) and Mrs. Florence Coleman (hereinafter called the Respondent) married under the Marriage Ordinance (Cap 127) on the 12th day of  January, 2008 at the Registry of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly  (AMA). 

This Petition was filed on the 10th day of November, 2015 for the  following reliefs: 

(a)That the said marriage with the Respondent be dissolved for having broken down beyond reconciliation.

(b) That the Petitioner be awarded custody of the four children of the marriage, namely Chelsea Naa Shormeh Coleman, Megan Ashiorkor Coleman, Kieran Coleman, and Alana Ashiokai Coleman with the Respondent having visitation rights, weekend visits as well as having charge over the children during vacations. 

(c) That the Petitioner shall continue to pay the school fees and upkeep of the four children. 

(d) That the Respondent takes with her a set of household items i.e. TV set, fridge, furniture etc. where there are two set…
