ESSIEN J (DELIVERING THE JUDGMENT): By a general form of complaint filed on the 8/12/2017, the claimant sought the following reliefs from the court;
(1) An order of the honourable court directing the defendant to pay to the claimant the sum of ₦7,819,779,50 with interest at the rate of 30% from the date of judgement in the suit herein to the date of the actual payment of the judgement sum.
(2) Cost of the action.
