JUDGMENT 

Plaintiff instituted this action on the 17th of November 2014 for the  following reliefs; 

∙ An order of the court directed at the 1st defendant to render  accounts for all the rent collected on the plaintiff’s property from  1994 to date. 

∙ An order of the court directed at the 2nd defendant to prepare and  issue vesting assent on the two properties of the plaintiff ∙ To restrain the 1st defendant from dealing with House No. B 56/11 at  Darkoman and chalet No. 3 at Anowuo Estate at Odorkor, Accra ∙ Interest on all the rental collected by the 1st defendant from 1994 to  date

CASE OF THE PLAINTIFF 

The plaintiff and 1st defendant are siblings and the 2nd and 3rd defendants  are appointed executors of the will of the late Samuel Asare Konadu 

It is the case of the plaintiff that the late Samuel Asare Konadu in his Will  and codicil devised two properties namely,  

✔ House No. B57/11 Darkuman Accra 

✔ Chalet No. 3 at Odorkor , Accra to his daughter the plaintiff herein.
