Judgement

JUDGMENT 

The Plaintiff, Mrs. Mary Ofori Atta, formerly known as, Adorkor Halm-Addo, caused  her lawyer to issue a writ against the Defendant, Nana Adwoa Afriyie Boateng, for the  following reliefs; 

1. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land covered by land title certificate No GA 27271 and bounded on the North by Mrs Akwei’s property measuring 100 feet more or less and on the South by A.C.M Dussey’s  property measuring 99 feet more or less on the East by proposed road measuring 102 feet more or less covering an approximate area of 0.236 acre  or 0.096 hectare on survey plan No Z 12765. 

2. Recovery of possession and damages for trespass against the Defendant. 

3. Perpetual injunction against the Defendant, her workmen, servants, agents, and assigns from further trespassing on the land in dispute. 

In her statement of claim, the Plaintiff asserted that, by a conveyance dated 7th March  1964, she acquired the land in dispute from one Martha Akwei and had it registered at  …
