ESSIEN J (DELIVERING THE JUDGMENT): The claimant in this action by a compliant dated 14th July, 2017 and filed on the 17th July, 2017 sought the following relieves from this court.
1. An order compelling the defendant to pay the sum of ₦930,991.66 only being the claimant net entitlement from the defendant upon his resignation from the employment of the defendant.
2. An order directing the defendants to release the claimants reference to Sterling Bank Plc. The new employer of the claimant.
3. ₦50,000,000 general damage.
