The Claimant instituted this action vide a Complaint dated the 15th day of October, 2018 and filed on the same date. The Claimant’s claims against the Defendant are as follows:
1. A DECLARATION that the Claimant is entitled to the sum of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30, 000. 00) being monthly payment from March, 2011 and up till date and every subsequent payment (SIC).
2. AN AWARD of Three Hundred Million Naira as General Damages.
3. Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500, 000. 00) as cost of litigation.
