JUDGMENT
Plaintiff, a limited liability company duly registered under the laws of Ghana, commenced this action against the 1st and 2nd defendants initially. The 3rd and 4th defendants were joined subsequently. The ensuing amended writ of summons and the amended statement of claim pursuant to leave of the court dated 31st day of October 2016 were filed on 10th November, 2016.
Plaintiff's case is that in the year 2004, it was granted permission by Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) to operate its business of selling, repairing and maintaining vehicles on the subject matter land which had been designated by the Planning Authority as 'Light Industrial Area'. Plaintiff occupied and possessed this piece of land for its business purposes till 2016, that is, for well over 12 years without any hindrance or disturbance.
