MUHAMMED LAWAL SHUAIBU, J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment): The plaintiff who is the respondent in this Court, claimed against the defendants, who are the appellants in this Court as follows:
(a) A declaration that the plaintiff's employment with the 1st defendant not having being duly terminated still remain valid and subsisting;
(b) An order mandating the defendants, their servants, agents, privies or by howsoever called; to reinstate the plaintiff forthwith to his original position in the 1st defendant prior to the unlawful termination of the plaintiffs employment by the 1st defendant and payment of plaintiffs salaries allowances and all legitimate entitlements; earnings due to the plaintiff, from the month of January, 2010 till date; OR in the alternative, payment of the sum of N20,000,000.00 (Twenty Million Naira) in lieu of termination of plaintiffs employment;
