ESSIEN J (DELIVERING THE JUDGMENT): The claimant in this suit commenced this suit by a complaint on the 14th march 2014. In the originating process he claimed the following reliefs against the defendant from this court;
1. A DECLARATION that the termination of the Claimant’s employment by the Defendant is in violation of his right and an outright contravention of the contract of employment and that same was done in bad faith and therefore illegal, null and void.
2. AN ORDER directing the Defendant to pay the Claimant’s salaries, service charge and allowances from the date of the illegal termination till judgment of this honourable court is given.
3. AN ORDER directing the Defendant to pay the Claimant’s remuneration for the dual capacity he holds throughout his employment with the Defendant.
