Factories, Offices and Shops (First Aid) Regulations, 1970

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for Labour by section 30 (1) of the Factories, Offices and Shops Act, 1970 (Act 328), these Regulations are made this 12th day of August, 1970.

1. First Aid Supplies to Be Kept.

(1)There shall be provided and maintained in every factory, office and shop so as to be readily accessible, a first aid box or cupboard containing the first aid appliances and requisites specified in regulation 2.
(2)Where more than 150 persons are employed, an additional box or cupboard shall be provided for each 150 persons.
