IN exercise of the power conferred on the National Security Council by Section 41 ofthe Security and Intelligence Agencies Act, 1996 (Act 526), these Regulations are made this 29th day of November, 2019.

Part ONE – CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Application

1. Application of Regulations

(1)These Regulations apply to an officer of the National Security Council Secretariat.
(2)Despite subregulation (1), the Secretariat shall specify the terms and conditions of service of an officer on special contract, in the letter of appointment of that officer.
