IN exercise of the powers conferred on the National House of Chiefs by section 6 of the Chieftaincy Act, 2008 (Act 759), this Instrument is made this 30th day of June, 2020.

Regional Houses of Chiefs

1. Membership of Regional Houses of Chiefs

(1)Membership of a Regional House of Chiefs shall not affect the status of a Chief and shall not be construed so as to confer paramountcy on any chief or to prejudice the claim of any chief to the status of a Chief.
(2)The membership of the Regional Houses of Chiefs shall be in reference to the Paramount Stool or Skin and not the individual occupant of the Stool or Skin.

2. Members of Ahafo Regional House of Chiefs

(1)The members of the Ahafo Regional House of Chiefs are
(a)the Paramount Chiefs of
(i)Acherensua;
(ii)Goaso;
