1. Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Exchequer and Audit (Veterinary Services Development Fund) Regulations, 1996 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st July, 1995.

2. Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—“financial year” means the period of twelve months ending on the 30th June in each year;“Fund” means the Veterinary Services Development Fund established by regulation 3;“officer administering the Fund” means the accounting officer of the Ministry for the time being responsible for matters relating to Veterinary Services or a person appointed by him in writing for that purpose;“veterina…
