1. Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Exchequer and Audit (Intelligence Service Development Fund) Regulations, 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st July, 2001.

2. Interpretation

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—“Committees” means the Intelligence Service Development Committee established under regulation 6;“Council” has the meaning assigned to it in the National Security Intelligence Service Act;“financial year” means the period from 1st July in any year to 30th June, in the immediately succeeding year, both days are inclusive;“Fund” means the Intelligence Service Development Fund established …
