An Act to provide for the establishment of the National Steel Raw Materials Exploration Agency and for matters connected therewith.

Part I – Establishment of the National Steel Raw Materials Exploration Agency and its Governing Board

1. Establishment of the National Steel Raw Materials Exploration Agency

(1)There is hereby established a body to be known as the National Steel Raw Materials Exploration Agency (in this Act referred to as "the Agency") which shall have the functions assigned to it under this Act.
(2)The Agency shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may-
(a)sue and be sued in its corporate name; and
(b)acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable…
