AN ACT to re-enact with amendments the law relating to immigration; to provide for the admission, residence, employment and removal of foreign nationals and to provide for related matters.BE IT ENACTED by Parliament as follows

Part I – ENTRY AND DEPARTURE

1. Disembarkation

A person in charge of a sea-going vessel, aircraft or vehicle arriving at any port or place in Ghana shall not permit a passenger who embarked outside Ghana to disembark until disembarkation has been authorised by the immigration officer.
