1. Dangerous Driving

(1)A person who drives a motor vehicle dangerously on a road commits an o!ence and is liable on summary conviction(a)where(i)no bodily injury; or(ii)a minor bodily injuryoccurs to any person other than the driver, to a fine not less than 100 penalty units and not exceeding 200 penalty units or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 9 months or to both;(b)where bodily injury of an aggravated nature occurs to any person other than the driver, to a minimum fine of 250 penalty units and not exceeding 500 penalty units or to a term of imprisonment of not less than 12 months and not exceeding 2 years or to both; or(c)where death occurs, to imprisonment for a term of not less than 3 years;(d)where there is damage to state property, to a fine not less than 100 penalty un…
