AN ACT to amend the Airport Tax Act, 1963 (Act 209) to provide for the allocation of all airport taxes collected to the Ghana Airports Company Limited and to provide for related matters.PASSED by Parliament and assented to by the President:

1. Section 1 of Act 209 amended

The Airport Tax Act, 1963 (Act 209) referred to in this Act as the principal enactment is amended in section 1 by the substitution for subsection (2) of"(2) The Commissioner-General shall pay to the Ghana Airports Company Limited one hundred percent of the payments made under subsection (1)."

2. Section 8 of Act 209 amended
