AN ACT to amend the Technical Universities Act, 2016 (Act 922) to convert Bolgatanga Polytechnic and Wa Polytechnic to Technical Universities and provide for related matters.PASSED by Parliament and assented to by the President:

1. Section 2 of Act 922 amended

The Technical Universities Act, 2016 (Act 922) referred to in this as the "principal enactment" is amended by the substitution for section 2, of"2.Requirements for the establishment of a Technical UniversityA Technical University that may be established after coming into force of this Act that is not covered by this Act shall meet the requirements set out in the Second Schedule.".

2. Section 40 of Act 922 amended
