AN ACT to repeal the COVID-19 Health Recovery Levy Act, 2021 (Act 1068) and provide for related matters.

1. Act 1068 repealed

The COVID-19 Health Recovery Levy Act, 2021 (Act 1068) is repealed.

2. Savings

Despite the repeal of Act 1068, a right, a liability or an obligation in existence immediately before the repeal of Act 1068 shall continue in existence until the right, liability or obligation is exercised or terminated.
