Securities and Exchange Commission (Amendment) Regulations, 2019

IN exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for Finance by section 215 of the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929), and on the recommendation of the Securities and Exchange Commission, these Regulations are made this 31st day of July, 2019.

1. Regulations 3 to 19 of L.I. 1728 revoked

The Securities and Exchange Commission Regulations, 2003 (L.I. 1728), referred to in these Regulations as the principal enactment, is amended by the revocation of regulations 3 to 19.

2. Regulation 20 of L.I. 1728 amended

The principal enactment is amended in regulation 20 by the revocation of subregulation (2).

3. Regulation 21 of L.I. 1728 amended

The principal enactment is amended in regulation 21 by the revocation of subregulations (3) and (7).
