Security and Intelligence Agencies (National Intelligence Bureau) Regulations, 2024

In exercise of the power conferred on the Minister responsible for National Security by section 48 of the Security and Intelligence Agencies Act, 2020 (Act 1030), these Regulations are made this 12th day of March, 2024.

The purpose of these Regulations is to provide for

(a)the structure of the National Intelligence Bureau;

(b)conditions of service of staffof the Bureau;

(c)matters on discipline of staff;

(d)matters relating to reporting procedures; and

(e)matters relating to the Scheme of Service.
