JUDGMENT
The Plaintiff commenced this suit by issuing a writ of summons and accompanying statement of claim on the 1st of April, 2015 for the following reliefs;
a) Recovery of the sum of four million, thirteen thousand, two hundred and seventeen Ghana cedis, forty-nine pesewas (GH₵4,013,217.49) being the amount outstanding and owed Plaintiff for the period of 1st December, 2014 to 31st January, 2015.
b) Interest on the said amount from 31st January, 2015 to date of final payment at the current commercial lending rate.c) Damages.
d) Cost, including Solicitors fees assessed at the amount claimed
e) Any other order(s) as this Honourable Court may deem fit.
By an order of this court dated 29th February, 2016, Nana Kofi Appiah and the 18 others listed in the amended writ of summons were joined as Co plaintiffs in the suit. Their claim against the Defendant is identical to that of the 1st Plaintiff.
