CHIMA CENTUS NWEZE, J.S.C. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): By way of Originating Summons, filed on June 17, 2022, the first respondent, commenced the suit, an action at the trial Court. Before the trial Court, the first respondent posed four questions for determination, to wit:Â
