JUDGMENT
Petitioner’s Claim in this suit is for;
(a) A dissolution of marriage between the parties contracted on 13th May, 2000.
(b) Custody of the children of the marriage with reasonable access to the Respondent.
(c) A declaration that Max and Nick Bruinsma are the beneficial owners of House No. 1/B Plot 33, North East Teshie.
(d) A declaration that House No. 1/A Plot 33 North East, Teshie is the Matrimonial Home and also jointly acquired by the parties in equal share
(e) An Order for the Respondent to account to Petitioner for his trusteeship at house no. 11 plot 33, North East Teshie.
(f) An Order for Respondent to buy out Petitioner’s interest in house no. 11A, plot 33 after it has been valued or in the alternative, the house sold and proceeds shared equally among the parties.
(g) A declaration that one landed property lying at Pantang is the beneficial property of the children.
