TIJJANI ABUBAKAR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the Medical and Dental Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal, sitting in Lagos (Before: Shima K. Gyoh, Chairman; Dr. I. A. Agaldo; Dr. M. F. Amaegbe; Dr. I. N. Dan Gana; Dr. A. O. Oni and Dr. S. O. Jeboda) delivered on the 26th September 2007 in Charge No.MDPTDT/33/2006. In the said judgment, the present Appellant was found culpable of allowing the deceased patient surgical operation be done by sub-consultant staff under the Appellant's training, and failure to devise an alternative line of management of the deceased.
