JUDGMENT
The 1st Plaintiff, Adelaide Adu-Amankwah, commenced this action by her attorney, Kingsley Totimeh, who is also the 2nd Plaintiff in this suit. By their writ of summons, the Plaintiffs claimed against the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Defendants, who are siblings, the following reliefs:
1. Recovery of possession of a piece or parcel of land measuring approximately 1.386 acres
2. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants from doing anything contrary to the ownership rights of the 1st Plaintiff
3. Recovery of the total amount of GHC10,960 from the Defendant and Kofi Tsuru family or an order of judicial sale of the family house of Kofi Tsuru at Obeyeyie to reimburse the 2nd Plaintiff
4. Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants from doing anything with the Plaintiff’s ownership rights to the land described in the schedule above.
