JUDGMENT

This appeal from the judgment of the High Court (Land Division, Accra) was heard on the 20th of July, 2020 with Judgment reserved to 26th November, 2020. Meanwhile in the intervening period, our attention has been drawn to the Ruling of the Supreme Court dated 27th July 2020 wherein the said judgment in the instant appeal had been quashed in the exercise of the Supreme Court’s supervisory jurisdiction. The said quashing order was sustained by the dismissal of an application for Review of the said Ruling on 20th October, 2020.
The judgment having been quashed, there is no judgment on record, this appeal has therefore become moot and would be a mere academic exercise for us to determine the appeal. The instant appeal is consequently dismissed.
