JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

This is an appeal by the appellant Adrian Kamotho Njenga, against a ruling of Mativo, J. deliverd on 27th September, 2017. The matter before the learned Judge related to an application for review of orders of Lenaola, J. (as he then was) in a judgment delivered on 24th February 2017. Mativo. J. did not find merit in the application which he dismissed.
