JUDGMENT
MENSAH-DATSA, J.
The plaintiff claims against the Defendant the following reliefs:
(a) Declaration of Title to all that 225 acres land situate lying and being at Ayebi-Akramaman in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana bounded on the North-East by the properties of Tetteh Armah, Awuletse Kofi and Tetteytse Oko on the South West by the properties of Tettey Kwabena, Tetteh Armah, Koshitse Okoi, Okyeame Darko and Densu River on the South East by the property of Mantey Kwaku on the North West by the property of Prah and covered by three documents dated (i) 20th July 1993 (ii) 23rd September 1993 and (iii) 22nd May 1998 made between Tetteh Armah Head and Lawful Representative of a Section of the Teikotse Tetteh Family and Adu Kofi Djin, Plaintiff herein, and which said documents registered as (i) No. 3236/1995 (ii) No. 2781/1995 and (iii) stamped LVB 10739/98 respectively together delineate with plans the accurate measurements of the said land.
