AFRICAN METHODIST EPISCOPAL ZION CH V. MS REGINA ANIM

JUDGMENT 

On the 8th day of February 2016, the Plaintiff church instituted the instant action claiming  the following reliefs against the Defendant: 

1. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at  Sakumo Street, Laterbiokorshie (Mamprobi) Accra containing an approximate area of 0.92 acre or 0.37 hectare and is more particularly delineated on the site plan that  Plaintiff has caused to be drawn up of its boundaries. 

2. Recovery of possession 

3. Damages for trespass 

4. An order for perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendant, her agents, privies and  assigns from entering onto or in any way disturbing the Plaintiff’s possession of the  portion of its land encroached upon by the Defendant.

5. Cost including legal fees. 

On the service of the writ of summons the Defendant caused her lawyers to enter an appearance and also filed a defence on her behalf.
