I live at E. A. E. 17/21, Anum Street Batsoona – Tema.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">I work with S. G. S in Ghana as the Business Manager. I have a copy of a report produced by the Fire Service. I wish to tender it in evidence.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><u>OBJECTION:</u></strong></p><blockquote><ol><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Undoubted the documents the witness seeks to tender is not from the Fire Service. Tendering the document through him, the content which will be before this Court will be hearsay, because it is not being tendered through proper custody. And we Plaintiff will not be able to cross-examine properly.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">If the Defendant wishes to tender it, the Fire Service must tender it.</p></li><li><p style="text-align: justify;">Secondly, the witness has stated the document is a copy and not certified as an authentic Report from the Fire Service.
